Comfortable stay near attractions
The stay was comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette and clean, cozy rooms. The location was perfect, just a short walk from cultural landmarks.
Noise from the nearby elevator was bothersome, making it hard to sleep. I faced a long wait for check-in after my flight.

Had a great stay, but the mattress was a bit too firm for my liking—plus, there was no soya milk in the room. The staff were super welcoming, though!

Had a great stay in a Deluxe Studio! Super spacious and modern bathroom. The kitchen had all I needed. Location is ideal for museums and restaurants. Just wish the lack of tea towels hadn't been a minor hassle.

The kitchenette was well-equipped, allowing me to prepare breakfast easily before heading out to explore.
I found the noise from the reception area quite disruptive, especially being in a ground-floor apartment.

The Deluxe Studio provided ample space for relaxing after a long day. The kitchenette was quite handy for whipping up breakfast before heading out.
Noise from the ground floor was bothersome during the stay, especially with the apartment next to the reception. Cleaning services were inconsistent. only once in four days, and basic amenities ran out without replacements, which was inconvenient for a lengthy visit. Plus, the disconnect between the location and the nearest tube station—about a 10-15 minute walk—could be a hassle given typical London weather.

A simple breakdown of my experience
Incredible stay! The spacious one-bedroom apartment was a haven. the service was exceptional, and the location close to Kensington Gardens was perfect. A mere 10-minute walk to the tube was no hassle for me. Anka at reception was a gem, genuinely helpful throughout my visit. Would absolutely choose this over higher-priced hotels again!

the location is awsome, super close to royal albert hall and easy walk to museums. the staff were friendly, super helpful and made me feel welcomed. the apartment was clean and the bed was comfy enough for a night. having 2 loos is a plus for a group like us. kitchen was basic but worked fine for quick meals.
the apartment felt a bit run down with stained carpets and no real cozy vibe. the terrace could be cool if they put some plants or furniture out there.

great stay with minor hiccups
The studio was clean and cozy, providing a welcoming atmosphere. I truly appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette, which allowed me to prepare my own meals. The city view from my room was delightful and added to my overall enjoyment during the stay.
There was a noticeable noise from the stairwell that occasionally disrupted my relaxation.
